'Let's Get Social' Competition Terms and Conditions

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over. 

2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 

3. To enter, you will need to follow the Aether & Nox Instagram account and  take a photo of yourself wearing an item of Aether & Nox jewellery on your personal Instagram story tagging the 'Aether_Nox' Instagram account. 

4. This will take place on a monthly basis. The opening date for entries is 1^st calendar day of the month and the closing date will be the last calendar day of the month.

5. A winner will be chosen by the Aether & Nox team and contacted by the 7th day of the following month via Instagram. If the winner does not respond to us within 48 hours of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. 

8. The winner will receive a free item of jewellery from the Aether & Nox collection. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

9. The winner may be asked to take part in promotional activity when receiving the prize, including photos to use in advertising and/or social media (including Facebook and Instagram) and on the Aether & Nox website. Participation in any such promotional activity is entirely optional and you are permitted to refuse any such participation without giving reasons. Participation in promotional activity is not a condition of entry.

11. The decision of Aether & Nox regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. We reserve the right, at any time, to:

• vary, amend, or cancel this prize draw at any time on reasonable notice, including varying the closing date for the prize draw, where it becomes necessary to do so; and
• to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. Insofar as is permitted by law, Aether & Nox, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring because of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Aether & Nox, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. No expenses (including travel expenses) incurred in connection with the prize draw or the entering of the prize draw or the collection or use of the prize are included or otherwise payable by Aether & Nox.

16. This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants to the draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
